Usually I run a bunch of tasks from the following sites:
AMF
L4L
YLH
YTMonster.ru (currently a bit bugged)
LikesTool

Create a mix of tasks (meaning YouTube, Insta, FB, Vk, ...) running each task for 1-2 minutes, to keep the ban / block rate low.

Usually I run this once a day for about an hour or 2, just so I can collect the daily bonusses.

Running an hour or two, on each account you are registered with or only one registered account?

I have one account on each site, but if you want to run for longer times it is better to have multiple and use account change tasks
