Exception in thread "JavaFX Application Thread"

Operating system:Windows 10 64X
Description of the bug:Exception in thread "JavaFX Application Thread" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/io/IOUtils

Thank you very much for your report,
- The problem is caused by Java 9 Runtime (which gets installed when installing the Java 9 SDK, unless you had Java 8 Runtime installed before)
To fix:
--> Install Java 8 Runtime
--> Remove the Java 9 Runtime, the SDK can stay if you are using it
--> Everything should work

The issue is still there even if I installed 8.
