Pretty simple method (working at 03/08/2018 - 18h GMT):
- Go to Amazon.de and sign up (just use Google translate)
- Place an order for any version of Blacks Ops 4
- Confirm delivery address (can be fake)
- Select pay with Ideal and press cancel on the payment page
- Go to your mailbox and check if there is a code
- Cancel the order
Done
