Maybe I'm just dumb, and didn't find the option to do it, but...

Now, making anything done with my 8 account running is impossble because of the constant windows (dropref, etc) coming up...

Can you add this somehow, or... tell me the secret?

Depends on if Google is having a good day or a bad day. Sometimes it will popover sometimes it won't.. Nothing I can do about it.

The only solution is to run it inside a virtual machine or on a vps.

Create another user account on Windows, log in and start it, then switch user back to your main profile while it still runs.
