I tried multiple cards, but the error is still same.

Can I pay you directly for a few months and you give me license for that much period?

In that case PayPal probably can't be used, we accept Skrill or Coinpayments/Coinbase

I tried Skrill for some other client, and the payment get rejected from the Credit card company.

I don't use Coinpayments/Coinbase.
